James Lewis is a multidisciplinary British artist, best known for showcasing his precise brush work on social media, with his videos receiving over 1 billion total views.

Over the past 10 years James’ creative practice has continually evolved. James graduated from the University of South Wales with a degree in graphic design, and whilst studying he worked freelance on logo design & hand lettering projects for both domestic and international clients. He began sharing photos of his creative process on Instagram in 2014 as a way to document his progression, connect with like minded creatives from around the world.

James’ audience grew as he documented his transition from commercial logo design work, to his own personal creative explorations into sign painting, illustration, and fine art. He’s now one of the most recognised artistic video creators with over 7.5 million followers across his social media platforms.
