I don't seek in the light; nothing is exposed there, no one hides. It's the anguish that exposes me, it shows me the inside by tearing through the envelope. Anguish that, like crystal, lets the light pass through, illuminating the darkness for just a moment, only the fragile in recognition expresses its innermost self.
